This interactive class will give you simple yet effective ways to access your natural ability to create joy, imagination and wonder through somatic movement, dance, laughter, breath-work, meditation, sound massage (live gong, bowls, chimes) and Reiki infused energy awareness. Be ready to leave this class feeling uplifted, lighter and brighter! 

Harnessing the Power of Mind-Body Connection:

Somatic healing speaks to the relationship between our physical sensations and emotional states, acknowledging that psychological issues often manifest in the body. We will guide you to explore and understand this connection, allowing you to reprogram subconscious patterns that no longer serve you and feel clearer in how to find peace within.

Everything in the universe vibrates at specific frequencies, so sound massage utilizes various instruments to create soothing sounds that align the body's energy centers. The frequencies massage/vibrate the cells in our body with expansion and contraction to promote deep relaxation, balance, and overall well-being.

Come with your yoga mat, journal, water bottle, and wearing comfy clothing you can move in! The range of movement is completely optional and can be done from a seated, standing, or lying down position.
