Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients and ensure everyone receives the best possible service. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a full charge for the scheduled services. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling for emergencies, so please reach out if you find yourself in a difficult situation. Sessions may be extended in 15 minute increments for $30 per 15 minutes. Additional fees may apply for studio rentals and travel time if necessary. We will clearly communicate all of this with you upon booking. We appreciate your understanding and support!
